When you submit your confidential information via this website, it is protected using the most up to date internet security available. When filling in your online order form, sensitive information (such as your credit card number), is encrypted and protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL.

While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on your Web browser toolbar will become locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. Credit card details are not stored and will be required to be re-entered when you make a subsequent purchase.

We require a valid email address to be able to respond to you and to provide an email copy of your invoice.
We will not use your email address for any unsolicited marketing purposes.

Payment Options
Your payments can be made by Credit Card. We accept MasterCard, and Visa.

On completion of the payment process you will be presented with a copy of your invoice (you may print this for your records), a copy of the invoice is also sent via email to the email address you supplied in the client registration process.

Delivery Policy
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. If you wish to query a delivery please contact us at

Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee your delivery times. They are only estimates based on the couriers’ delivery times, and do not include weekends or public holidays as well as any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Address
When ordering you can provide specific delivery instructions for the courier, e.g. “if not at home leave wine at back door behind the pot plant”.

However if you know you are not going to be home during the day it is preferable that you make alternative delivery arrangements, e.g. arrange for delivery to a friend, relative or neighbour; or get the wine delivered to your work.

That way you will have total piece of mind that your wine will arrive safely.

Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you a 30 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please email us at within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if
any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products
must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.
We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You
assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out
shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Tertini Wines will not be responsible
for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
