This selection of both our Southern Highlands and Tasmanian vineyard grown wines are a super way to celebrate Pinot. A bottle of each of our Southern Highlands 2017 Pinot Noir, SH 2019 Pinot Noir, SH 2019 Pinot Blanc, Tasmanian 2017 Pinot Noir, Tas 2019 Pinot Noir and Tas 2019 Pinot Gris. We could have celebrated for one day, but hey, who’s going stop us from making it a week. Maybe even a month…. However long you want to enjoy, we’ll make sure these wines arrive freight free to your door! Cheers!!
|Notes From The Winemaker:||Our range of Pinots come from the cool climate regions of Southern Highlands, NSW and Coal River Valley, Tasmania. The long cool ripening period enjoyed by the fruit in these regions preserve their freshness and provides both an elegant and complex wine. The Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc both underwent a long cool ferment in stainless steel, with some lees contact for texture while each of the Pinot Noirs were fermented in open tanks and included a small percentage of whole bunches. Hand plunging a number of times a day has helped gently build colour and structure. Each of the Pinot Noirs have seen 10 months in French oak.|
