Tertini Wines Private Cellar Riesling 2016 is a small batch, reserve style of our award winning Yaraandoo Riesling. It is the result of low cropping to intensify the characters and has been made with the intention to confidently cellar and enjoy for many years to come. Only 64 dozen produced.
|Notes From The Winemaker:||This Riesling was harvested on 6th March at 11.2 baume. The fruit was gently pressed and then the juice was cold-settled overnight before racking and innoculating with a Riesling specific yeast. The ferment took 10 days at cool temperatures. When finished the wine was left to age on lees in tank for 3 months to build texture and palate weight before stabilising, filtering and bottling.|
